Every daily visit brings together three key experiences to help you explore campus, connect with our people and discover what’s next.

You'll experience:

An admissions presentation
A student-led campus tour, with time to talk with current students along the way
A meeting with your major (based on availability)
Time with resources or areas of interest that matter to you (based on availability)
Your next steps, so you know exactly what's ahead

What should I bring?

No special materials required, just yourself! Comfortable walking shoes are a must for the campus tour. Bring a list of questions, and if you've already applied or received a financial aid package, feel free to bring those along for a more tailored conversation.

Can guests attend with me?

Absolutely. Parents, guardians, and supporters are welcome and encouraged to attend. We recommend bringing no more than 2–3 guests so everyone has a comfortable, personalized experience.

How long does the visit take?

Plan for approximately 2–3 hours for a standard visit. If you've scheduled a meeting with your major, add another 30–45 minutes. We'll confirm a more precise estimate when you book.

Is parking available?

Yes, free visitor parking is available near the Welcome Center and Visitor Services Building. Detailed instructions are included in your confirmation email. Look for the red "V" visitor signs on campus.

Can I reschedule my visit?

Of course, life happens. Contact our office at least 48 hours in advance so we can open your spot to another family, or log in to your visit registration to make changes directly.

Are visits available on weekends?

Daily visits run Monday through Friday. We also host several Saturday open house and Discover UCM events throughout the year, so check our events calendar for upcoming dates.
