    You and your students are invited to attend this one-day festival featuring:

    • Workshops in acting, auditioning, design and technology, speech, dance, choreography, digital media, and more!!! 
    • Free dining hall lunch and a campus tour provided by UCM Admissions
    • A performance of UCM’s main stage production of The Importance of Being Earnest
    • A post-show discussion with the directors, designers, production team, and cast of The Importance of Being Earnest.
    • The opportunity to visit and share ideas with numerous high school theatre instructors and students.

    Admission for the theatre portion of the day is $10.00 per student attending the 2pm matinee and free for all instructors, sponsors, and bus drivers. Money is due on the day of the event via cash or check only (Please make checks payable to the UCM Division of Theatre & Dance).     9:00      Arrive at UCM Highlander Theatre
    9:15     Brief presentation by UCM Admissions
    9:30     Introductions and break out to the 1st workshop
    10:00   1st Workshop
    11:00   2nd Workshop
    12:00   Lunch
    1:00     Campus tour with UCM Admissions or Talking Mules Showcase 
    2:00     The Importance of Being Earnest Matinee or DMP Film Presentation
    4:30     Talkback with the cast and crew or “Director’s Cut” with DMP
    5:00      Head home
